OrSense is a medical device company that develops and commercializes Occlusion Spectroscopy based non-invasive monitoring technologies for the measurement of hemoglobin, oxygen saturation and other blood parameters. Our products are based on our proprietary SpectOLightTM technology, which enables accurate measurements of blood parameters even under extreme conditions, by overcoming key obstacles that hinder the performance of traditional non-invasive technologies.
OrSense’s FDA & CE approved non-invasive hemoglobin NBM 200 device is available in many countries world-wide, and has been successfully incorporated into multiple environments including primary clinics and blood donation facilities. It is the first non-invasive measurement device cleared by CBER for use in US blood banks.
OrSense employs a multidisciplinary staff including Scientists, Mathematicians, Engineers. The company’s intellectual property portfolio consists of 51 granted patents and additional applications in process.
